This amount includes all attorney's fees, filing fees, mailing fees, publishing fees, translation fees and certification fees. Airfare costs to the Dominican Republic are extra and cost about $400-$600, depending on where you will be flying from.

Easy Divorce Process

• Complete the on-line, easy divorce questionnaire. Normally we will e-mail the papers to you within 48 hours; sign the papers in front of a notary, obtain a notary certificate from the county clerk's office, and return them to our office; 
• We confirm your selected hearing date;
• One party flies to the Dominican, the attorney picks you up and you attend a 5 minute hearing;
• Once the Decree of Divorce is signed by the Judge and re-translated into English we return copies to both parties.

Required Documents - The customer is required to obtain original, certified copies of the marriage license and original, certified copies of any child's birth certificate(s).

Hearing - At least 1 party must attend a 5 minute hearing in the Dominican Republic. Vacation in the Beautiful Dominican Republic.

Entering the Dominican Republic - You need a passport and a Dominican Tourist Visa which is sold at the airport.

Notary Information - The parties must sign in front of a Notary Public. The Dominican Republic requires a copy of the notary's certificate. Then you must certify the notary license with either the County Clerk's Office or the Secretary of State.
